General information:
* Deposit is $1,500.00 for (1) year lease contract.
* Preferred method of monthly payment is via automatic bank drafting.
* There are NO inside pets or smoking allowed inside of the home.
* You can have up to (2) dogs outside. With $500.00 pet fee per pet.
Our homes are located in the highly-acclaimed Godley ISD.
Monthly rental fees include:
* Bi-Weekly Lawn service
* Quarterly preventative exterminating services by licensed exterminating company.
